Thanks again for the help...I am BLOWN AWAY by what a difference new clubs and balls make...my last few rounds were all under par whereas previously I was a 2 to 10 over guy.  I still need to pick up the lob wedge at 78 when I get there in the next couple of days but the wedges, irons, and putter (combined with a softer ball) all make a RIDICULOUS difference.

Hurts so much more to lose balls though :(  I'll have to get a bit more conservative.  Thanks again for the advice.

Oha - you've gone big steps!

Good thing about the balls is, you may choose those you "like" to lose, budget-wise. Those slow-meter balls are always expensive - try some regular ones, like the Srixon or L33 Callies.

Johnny, All you have to do is click on his name in one of his posts to take you to his profile page where his current equipment is shown.

Just to help you: he is using Ben Hogan level 75 irons along with the Titleist wedges and a Ping driver (level 58) and 3 wood (level 68).
