This one is more of a "Chunk" and run...

    Replay

IRL you'd want to get the club head up and down very quickly at a steep angle to the ball. You'd have the ball way back in your stance and just sort of drop the clubhead on it. My avatar in the replay looks like he's aiming for the dunes. IRL you'd be force to play the shot back in your stance - probably a wider stance with your front leg bent a little extra - and then you'd probably fall backwards into the hard sand on contact as your back foot slips! Well, it looks easy on TV I guess.

In WGT land you don't have to worry at all about your stance, so can do  something like I did here pretty easily.

This was a pitch shot. Ping Tour 60* wedge (Pitches for 25 yards) I'd say about ~80% backspin, just a touch over 50% power.

This ball carries the initial up slope at the edge of the green and dies nicely into the slope of the green with a beautiful roll. I got a bit lucky here as I pulled the shot a bit and found the line for the birdie.

Here's a true bump and run. The par 5 11th at Kia is sometimes reachable from the Legend tees in 2. A lot of the times, though, it's tricky to stop on the green. Back spin usually sticks you in the side of the slope in front of the green and top spin sends it running through. From 256 out, no spin R11 3W, (s) ball, hitting the slope causes this..........32 ft eagle putt.  (No need to know if the putt was made.)   :-(
