  This is a very annoying bug with the Burner 2.0s that I have as well from time to time. Sucks to club down on a par 3, ding the shot and end up 15y past the flag just because "caddie" was on a bloody smokebreak or something :)

  My occurrences aren't with irons as much as it is with full driver shots and full backspin. Sometimes they come off the club like a low line drive and always fall short of the expected distances. Typically when I absolutely need, and plan accordingly, for the necessary carry.

  Another probability is THE WIND.  On numerous shots, like with 18 mph tailwind, you use say 135 iron, and it travels 133 yards.  Wind doesn't effect some shots at all.  Happening more frequent.

  Another issue that has cropped up with the burners, before when you missed ding slightly on opposite side of wind, you would expect quite an accurate shot.  If you missed ding on wind side, shot would exaggerate wide (we expect this), but now, if theres strong left right wind, you miss ding slightly on left side, the ball goes left exactly as if it was on wind side, not how it used to be.

  And another factor, more shots lately you dont get the extra yardage from the callaways, usually my 135 iron would be 139, 160 is 168, two shots just now, 1 with 135 yard iron just went 134 in 4mph tailwind, and my 160 yard iron went 160 exactly with 4 mph tailwind.

  Whilst were at it..a lot of bunker shots dont give you backspin when used.  ball rolls for miles!  I know there an issue with backspin on certain clubs, but whats going on, there never used to be an issue with spin, has wgt been tampering with things when there's no need?

   

   

   

  Wow you just described perfectly all my problems with the burners 2.0.

   I bought them like 3 weeks ago, and Im still thinking that the g10 are more acurate clubs. They (burners) are expensive, and the stats says that, for example, forgivenes is better than g10.... but I miss dings by 1/2 pixel and the ball goes anywere... I hit a 175 yrd clubs that ends 190 with low side wind

  I have a postick in my screen that says "check club selection" when the caddy get the club wrong i scroll and get the selection right... but sitll I cant get the normal distance some times.

  I've been having distance trouble with my Burners for a few months now and this is the first time I've read a reasonable explanation of what the problem is.  Other than they're fecked.  Or you're too useless to use them properly.

  Is there any way to give the caddy a cick up the butt and let him know we've changed club or do we have to stick with what he gives us and work around it?

  finnally others who know how i feel       beginin to think was all alone    also u post on caddie  didnt even think about that       now im gona clikck  couple times  maybe help make sure  thank you all  for post   hopefully we  get it fixd       lol  but dont hold ur breath.....
