   i have writin numorous times on every board here with no help     players beware if this is how wgt treats its customers   i have spent hundreds on this game   upgrading as i go till finnaly i get the 2.0 L79irons   at times there just like supposed to be  but here alot more recently  i hit a shot with iron  dingd that looks like it was some cheap low traj. iron  its costin me cr  i play alot challenge games     im to the point of sellin them back  for nothin just to try to get some thats the same when hit good     some one  please  just tell me something its only  fair after all i spent      its so frustrating to hit a good shot to c it with no traj.at all come up 15yrds short       and  even if miss ding with these irons ball still supposed to b v high   please please    something

  Hi

  I will check on your emails. Can you explain is more detail your issue with those irons? I use them daily and they perform quite awesome. I am sure many others can say the same.

  I'm sure he's referring to the effect that has crept up recently that seems to simulate hitting a shot "heavy". It's happened to me with greater frequency of late and is not only limited to woods.

  Me too. Hitting my burner 2's has become like a lottery on the distance. I've had dinged shots landing anywhere within a 30yd radius of where i aimed it and dinged shots staying straight with 20mph crosswinds

  I assume he meant topspin bug. Unfortunately we can't reproduce it. Any help with steps would be appreciated

  no top spin isnt it    just for example 150 yrds no wind i hit ding  but i can c it go about half of monitor  when hit like its supposed to its at top if not off monitor     and when its hit like that it comes up 15-20 yrds short        i just got finished cleanin cache again  seems  to help     but is definantly an issue      its like they dont know which irons im usin     had k 15s before    which is mid traj.

  I just noticed the same thing today,  level 79 burner irons keep coming up short exactly 15-20 yrds.... yesterday they were fine or according to icon awesome

  Its probably the bug that's been mentioned loads of times (i mentioned it when irons came out but people thought i was just pulling wrong shots, untill andyson came up with proof)

  Its when the caddy forgets to change club.  You might have 145 iron in hand, but the caddy still thinks you're holding 135 yard iron.  It only started to happen with the new burner irons.

  Another probability is THE WIND.  On numerous shots, like with 18 mph tailwind, you use say 135 iron, and it travels 133 yards.  Wind doesn't effect some shots at all.  Happening more frequent.

  Another issue that has cropped up with the burners, before when you missed ding slightly on opposite side of wind, you would expect quite an accurate shot.  If you missed ding on wind side, shot would exaggerate wide (we expect this), but now, if theres strong left right wind, you miss ding slightly on left side, the ball goes left exactly as if it was on wind side, not how it used to be.

  And another factor, more shots lately you dont get the extra yardage from the callaways, usually my 135 iron would be 139, 160 is 168, two shots just now, 1 with 135 yard iron just went 134 in 4mph tailwind, and my 160 yard iron went 160 exactly with 4 mph tailwind.

  Whilst were at it..a lot of bunker shots dont give you backspin when used.  ball rolls for miles!  I know there an issue with backspin on certain clubs, but whats going on, there never used to be an issue with spin, has wgt been tampering with things when there's no need?
