  Hello was just wondering how come I had credits show up and when I went to use them It took $5.00 from my bank account.

  hi

  i do not believe that our system is setup this way: when you buy something in pro shop it takes from bank. even if you used debit card, you have to first manually buy credits, then once they appear in your account, you can use them in pro shop.

  could you please double check your transactions and if it's still off, contact me on my wall.
