Me too and keeps saying server can't connect to my internet, retry. There is nothing wrong with my internet connection. It runs just fine.
Loading is so so slow.
I am not sure if they are related M ... but a week or so ago on the EA version in particular I started noticing loading issues, I tried to check a number of things out, ran virus test, did internet speed test, everything looked good...
I was ready to lash out at WGT for another fubar like scenario and not sure trying to do anything like clearing the "cache" or some other silly thing would work...
I contacted the internet provider and asked them for help wondering if I was missing something... now I don't know if it is something WGT is doing differently or it is using different "resources" or settings to run the game... but our internet provider changed some settings on our end... and the game started loading smoothly even faster than it had been before.
So it may be possible however internet service providers have people's connection running and configured it may be playing a role given potential changes WGT has made.
I don't know and our provider wouldn't give me details on what setting they changed, but it did smooth things out and I was able to hold off sending a frustrating email to WGT customer support : )
If nothing else has worked, try contacting your internet provider and ask them to maybe check for something on their end that could be causing loading issues for WGT's new version that is replacing the old Flash based version.
