As of yesterday 11/20/21, PCEA is loading really slowly. Makes it to the game fine but when loading club tournaments it just sits there and says on the bottom of page "loading club tournaments" and at time it times out and says "retry connection". When I do manage to get into a game, several times after hitting a shot it would "resolving shot" time out and "retry connection". I know its the Client because my connection is high speed cable and all other online processes are running fine.
I'm having the same problem. I tried the phone WGT app, and it works fine. Problem is my eyes are to old to use the phone app, it's too small to see!! Please fix the PC app,
Thanks!
Same thing happening to me after the latest update.
Me too and keeps saying server can't connect to my internet, retry. There is nothing wrong with my internet connection. It runs just fine.
Loading is so so slow.
It is a problem among many players right now. Making it virtually impossible to enjoy a multuplayer round. Solid news tho. Penguin sweaters are available along with a new showdown to get glitched bogeys in.
I'm not saying that this is the solution to these issues, but have you guys tried rebooting your routers and/or your PC's themselves (if you leave it on constantly) Sometimes a simple PC Restart or unplug and reboot of a router allows them to update/reset themselves.

SWEET! And don't forget... Now we also have a Toptracer that will jump into the middle of the screen where we can't possibly miss it every time we blink!

Did that yesterday, restarted computer, unplugged modem, still no change.

Did all that twice and no help. I don't leave the my computer running when I go to bed at night. I am not playing in Show Down in these conditions.

Is there a showdown going on, or coming up, Marion?
I haven't seen it advertised. I enjoy them, and one of the few things nowadays on wgt I look forward to.
