  I am a director of my club I heard about Water boy tournaments I post most of our tournaments the only options for tournaments I have are Stroke, Bracket and CTTH. 

  we are a level 12 club is that why there is no option for Water Boy?

  There used to be a Best of Water Holes course on WGT, but it was removed when Flash went away.

  Now your only option is to create a custom course with the water holes you want and use that to create tournaments.  Doing that will require that you use a Course Builder for each tournament.

  I think the OP may simply referring too the type of custom course where you receive the Water Boy award after the first hole???
