I disagree WGTicon if We don't protect our children who will, there is a level of Behaviour that all players expect and deserve its in the Rules that WGT so often preach to us.
Why you might ask do i feel so strongly about this, I think a fool should be able to work that out but i'll print it out for you, I was Beaten black and Blue by my father and Abused Mentally and Verbally and it still affects me to this day. So when you say its out lived its usefulness YOU ARE WRONG and untill people realize the affect this is having on our Kids nothing will change, these people need to be brought to Justice for the Wrong and pain they have caused.
