  There is no VETERAN rank available to change members to. Just Recruit, Member, or Director. I need to limit a few members from using Superpasses without downgrading them to Recruit. Thanks.

  Is it in the app or in a browser? The latter shows it all here.

  A user's workaround might be to take away the Superpasses permission from another class in the Owner's tools.

  It won't help you specifically, but here, only Directors (that's me) and Veterans may use Superpasses.

  That’s what I’m trying to do. Tried in app on iPad and in browser. ‘Veteran’ doesn’t appear anywhere. UPDATE: Found it! Those little 3 dots. But here’s the catch… When you click on them in Chrome, ‘Veteran’ is missing. It only works in Safari.

  Strange!

  It's FF in Win10 here, and Chrome has the full scale, too!

  It worked fine in my 1st CC. But now I've started an invite only club.

  Veteran status is not even an available option on mobile app. 

  Here on the website I just always get, "Oops. Something has gone horribly wrong" or some such msg.

  No help available?

  Try this safari thing I guess?
