I"ve been a member since June 2009  and spent more than double my 800+ earnings.I only play RGS because I enjoy competing and challenge with entertainment involved. That all changed when the last changes were made I can't make my average anymore. All my equipment took on a mind of it's own and felt like I was swatting flies.I was always a middle of the pack player but was happy with getting half of my money back but  that is out of the question now with the scores being posted.Until I get control of my equipment again (especially my putter) I will only play in the freebies.

I thought the big bucks 18 RG would be the way to go - but Chris pointed out that in the Cabo you needed -12 to get a profit, -11 got you 1750, a loss of 250 which is unbelievable for that score

I think I'll stick to the 100 credit RG's, at least this round, I haven't seen such a c**p set of RG's since the new courses came in

PS - are they trying to promote Cabo?, its the second month its been in the RG's, its got the $20 RG and its the second time in 3 months that St Andrews has been left out

I only ever play the tier-specific RGs (Master).  I check the scores for non tier-specific RGs that have ended where there is a corresponding one available to be played, and recognise that I would have to play out of my skin every time just to turn a profit.  On the Master RGs I have played quite poorly on some, and still made my money back.  If I have a decent round, I will usually turn a little profit.  A very good round, and chances are I will win it.
