Re: Why is WGT poor to no response to serious issues?

    Many minor issues that after a while have gotten resolved. But this latest is unacceptable!

    on 3/30/22. I purchased a premium subscription.  ($169.99)  whole amount. As of this moment I do not have the benefits of this premium subscription. WGT took the money immediately. After a day went by I contacted them they said send the iTunes email confirmation, which I did, still no word , response,  refund, nothing. I’ve been a member since 2016 and have never experienced this level of poor customer service , which equates to basically theft!   Why is this?

    If your account of the facts are true... definitely not how to treat a loyal paying customer. I wouldn't go so far as to call it "theft" at this point as I'm confident they will make it right eventually. Keep pestering them.

    And if that doesn't work, contact your credit card company and dispute the charge.  That usually gets a response real quick.

    Thank you for the advice!  Good news is that they came around. 8 days later and a truck load of emails !!  They made it right!!  It sure why it took all of this, but it’s over!!
