Many minor issues that after a while have gotten resolved. But this latest is unacceptable!
on 3/30/22. I purchased a premium subscription. ($169.99) whole amount. As of this moment I do not have the benefits of this premium subscription. WGT took the money immediately. After a day went by I contacted them they said send the iTunes email confirmation, which I did, still no word , response, refund, nothing. I’ve been a member since 2016 and have never experienced this level of poor customer service , which equates to basically theft! Why is this?
