The main reason I set it up with set of the week and shot clock was because it wasn't really something we've done since I've been here and wanted to see how many players would be interested in playing them without any set credit payout.
As of now there's been just under 1000 entries into this specific tournament, less than the main tournaments that get made weekly, but honestly not as far behind as I expected.
After a few tries I ended up hitting a 68 which I was pretty happy with but may go back throughout this week and try to get it a bit lower. I definitely always want to make sure I play these fun/different tournaments I make.
Prizes to random prize winners is certainly an interesting idea. Probably a couple ways in which I can do this. Thanks for the idea actually I may do this in addition to paying out the top 5 (since I already said this I don't want to go back).
For people that do choose to stream it, if I don't catch people live playing it, I definitely want to go back and watch the VODs of them.
Not sure how often I will be making these fun tournaments, probably once a month, and each one is played with various setups, settings, courses, etc. so feel free to send me any fun tournament ideas you all may have.
