    Played this game for years, this is the first time I saw this bug. The ball hasn't been in the hole yet but it's counted as finished putt. Did not record when his putt but you can check the score card.

    I had that happen to me once also.  Can't remember the hole, but it was the exact same thing.  Ball showed as being on the lip of the cup (and made the falling-into-the-cup sound) but still counted as a birdie.  I guess it's just a display glitch.

    Probably unrelated but I had a new putt bug yesterday.

    I putted from the fringe over the center of the hole. No bounce, no lip out, ball was never impeded in any way and stopped two feet past the hole. Like there was cellophane covering the hole. 

    Weird and it cost the match.

    goes back to flash days, always called em cellophane putts...I think its just an angle/placement glitch.

    This is not going in any comic!!! (Albeit, it is comical, hmmm, maybe, nope, definitely not, no butts about it). However, if they sold them in the pro-shop, that would be something.

    Maybe this thread, now, officially belongs in the Product Suggestion area.
