    Hi guys, 

     

    Wondering if anyone can help, purchased the Callaway rogue bundle for £44.99, the money has left my bank and is on my statement but the clubs are not in my equipment and the transaction doesn't appear on transaction history on here. Definitely left my account though. Initially the app said 'could not complete purchase', then upon reopening the app it said 'clubs updated Callaway Rogue full set added to your equipment' but they're still not there. 

     

    Very unhappy! If anyone can hep it would be appreciated.

    I think you need to contact customer services asap , they won’t see it here !

    No idea if this applies to you but some, who I think bought through steam, had to find the equipment in their inbox

    Same happened to me yesterday, but in app-store my payment is marked as on hold, Haven’t seen that before. Have you had any luck getting your gear?
