I have been playing WGT since 2009 I have never had trouble buying credits until now.
"Merchant override decline" is the error message I get. Very frustrating because I cant buy
my TP5 golf balls.

You might be better off contacting whomever issued you the card you are trying to use. This error message does not appear to be the fault of WGT in my opinion.
I have experienced the same thing, 3 weeks and I still can't buy credits.
My problem was the billing information was wrong and could not change it myself. Customer support finally cleared it from there end and now I'm spending to much LoL
