This newest update sucks. I have never had a problem with WGT even though I'm in the country. But this newest spade is so sluggish in loading I'm losing coins because it thinks I forfeited a game. You need to fix this.
The issue must be really troublesome and frustrating enough to make you post for the 2nd time in FIFTEEN years!
Contact CS and explain them your problem more in details. I hope it gets sorted out.
