The same thing has happened to me several times and I have been robbed of my credits. I will not play skins for credits again untill this problem is resolved.
For example: Yesterday I played with another Tour Pro and 2 Masters. On the 3rd hole there was a wind of 13 mph from left to right. I moved the direction to the left side of the fairway to compensate this and hit my ball exactly on the line, but it went into the rough on the left. Then all the other players also went into the rough on the left, so there was obviously something wrong.
One of the Masters had continual trouble and left the game, but that left us other players waiting witrh no reason and no explanation. Then on the 18th, after the first player (Master) had driven off I had a blank screen. I could do nothing, so I reloaded with the arrows at the top left, but I was not aware that this automatically throws you out and you have to continue the game with penalty strokes. After doing this twice I was disqualified and robbed of my skins.
