If you are playing coin rooms it's just the luck of the draw. WGT doesn't put any Level/Tier requirements coin rooms, I guess because there is "gambling" involved?
I believe the lower rooms (Paris, Chelsea, Beverly Hills) do offer some type of support to the lower Tier players by allowing them to tee off from closer tee boxes, so maybe stick to those rooms until you feel more comfortable?
