  I'm not aware that resolution on an iPad can be changed. Scaling can be adjusted (larger text, default, or more space). But I didn't think that was the same as changing resolution. But I could be wrong.

  Settings->Display & Brightness->Display Zoom

  When I changed it, I saw no differences in dots for all 3 settings.
