    WHY?

Because of the UX survey, or user experience survey.

UX Surveys are tools that gather information about users' feelings, thoughts and behaviors related to a product or service.

Designers or researchers analyze survey results to better understand how users interact with a system, application or website and work to improve it.

User experience (UX) surveys play a crucial role to help design teams understand users’ needs, preferences and behaviors.

Survey responses can inform valuable user experience design decisions about digital products or services. From there, designers can fine-tune user interface (UI) elements and more to create a better user experience and a high level of user satisfaction, and so help to win loyal customers.

UX surveys help identify pain points and areas of improvement in the user experience.

When brands conduct UX surveys, they help themselves stay relevant to their customers and drive customer retention. That is a crucial factor for sustainable business growth and exceptional customer service. It’s also vital to help launch a new product when stakeholders have invested so much in it.

If it's true that there are 10 million members, is WGT going to read all of these surveys?  I mean the comments at the end, and will they publish the results?

Takea peek at the player list. Notice the number of level1 players?
Every one of them are included in the 10 million member fallacy

    Survey results?

There won’t be time to share them with the peons……

Implementation of the wonderful ideas, suggestions, helpful hints and whims of the deranged few that actually participated will be priority number 1  !!

Ohhhhh……that and giving us back our Morning Drive outfits…..yeah……

    right……..

Btw, my inbox wasn't even showing the red dot for this survey message, I only found it, cause I read it here...

Well, mine was. I'm not sure though if it was because it also had a bunch of other spam, sorry, messages at the same time...

Well I did fill out the survey but doubtful anything will be done. I am an everyday player but anytime there is an update it seems things get screwed up. My current situation is the swing meter is extremely jumpy and then when I go to try and hit the ding, it just goes all the way past and then I hit the ball. Well it slices extremely right and my ball was lost. The next day i used a nine iron and the same thing happened and another lost ball. I now go to St Andrews to keep my streak of 2893 alive but I use a putter to not lose a ball. This started on Tuesday of this week. and they sent their typical acknowledgement that my issue will be assigned to someone but nothing so far. We'll see how they respond and if they give me a free sleeve of balls..lol This game has gone downhill and is just a business to them.

There is not 10 M members, maybe 10 M accounts as some have more than 1 account. I reported a multi account player yesterday and many players do not know that the forums even exist.🤣. As far as the survey results go, I asked in my survey if the results will be published and I honestly dont expect to see that. IMHO they are just trying to make it look like they care and blowing smoke up our a$$ but one can only hope. We, as players have told wgt countless times of issues with the game and some of these issues still exists. Me, I just play the game for what it is.

Just a thought, but the mistery new owner/partner is likely connected to either retail or sporting goods industry, seeing how many questions were concentrated on real life purchasing habits instead of gaming...

And almost immediately we see how ineffective the Inbox is for communicating.

Am I the only person that when I see a red dot I look to see what its about?

No even though I know that most of the time it is the glitch that has been around for years and there is nothing in the inbox. I still look

Greg Norman was featured on Bloomberg talking with David Rubenstein, two week ago.  He was making the point that LIV estimates there are 760 million people globally, who do not play actual golf but have an interest in golf, i.e. watch tournaments, play golf games, etc.  Who knows?? LIV ??
