  I understand your frustration 'arkage57', however the WGT Player Survey expired on the 21 FEB 2025 a few hours before your Posting here.

  I made it a habit to check my WGT APP INBOX every time I log into WGT. I mean, when the postal service delivers mail into my street address mail box and I don't bother to check it everyday, what standing do I exist to berate the postal service declaring their service ineffective?

  And it is highly likely that the survey is merely a formality designed to showcase their "efforts" to the newly partnered company, rather than a genuine attempt to improve the game.

  We have already pointed out numerous issues and even suggested possible solutions multiple times via these forums and CS, yet it was nothing more than a futile effort, akin to speaking to deaf ears in the end.

  No, I will not repeat the same futile effort again.

  Speaking of which! About that red dot, it's supposed to show unread notifications, but it's been showing up for ones I've already read way too often. It happens so much that I just ignore it now.

  See how little they care about fixing the REAL problems?

  See how little they care about fixing the REAL problems?

  This goes right to the problem of how do clubs/owners communicate with mobile players... It has been brought up over and over, and there is no effective means of communication.

  There is so much SPAM put into the Inbox, that I have become blind to it. If it had not been for this forum posting, I would not have seen the survey.

  Btw, my inbox wasn't even showing the red dot for this survey message, I only found it, cause I read it here...

  If it's true that there are 10 million members, is WGT going to read all of these surveys?  I mean the comments at the end, and will they publish the results?
