I have yet to have WGT tech support ever resolve issues that I've submitted years ago. Every time they do another update, some other glitch occurs, at least on Mac computers. This is just the latest one. And, why isn't the issue posted anywhere on the site or sent to our WGT inbox? Is anyone from WGT monitoring these "Help" forums?
For the past two months following a WGT update, the game's resolution changes after I sign out. I have to go into the game settings and reset it to 1920 x1080. I brought this to their attention two months ago and received a reply saying they've heard the same thing from other users and that they're looking into it. Never heard another word and the problem persists.
I can also never see the end chats at the end of a match such as "GG" or "Nice game." I'll get the message indicator saying "1" and when I click on to see the message it says that the user is no longer in the chat room. So, it's basically impossible to see the opponent's final message.
It's a great game, but still very frustrating because tech support is not helpful or communicative.
