Re: Can't Get Game To Open On Mac After WGT Update

   Type in WGT.com.    If you are still signed in make sure and 

  Sign out of WGT > Scroll to bottom of page > Click Download the App > 

  Click (play on MacOS) NOT THE ONE FROM THE APP STORE >

  Go to Finder/Download > Double Click the Launcher Download File >Slide to download>

  Open New App in the Dock and Sign in  

             This worked for me and have been going in and out the last couple of days with no problem because I followed Bun3107 info.I had to try a few times because I kept getting the Beachball but clicked continue or proceed (Sorry I don't remember which one) and game launched like it used to.Don't give up it seems to work.Also make sure you delete/move ALL WGT stuff to the trash including (Launcher and game before trying)

  It's been over a month.  No replies from WGT to emails sent, no announcement in the Admin users inbox about the glitch.  IT obviously doesn't monitor the "Bug Log" threads on the WGT Forum or, if they do, they are ignoring the issue altogether.  It is bizarre that people have been playing this game on iMac computers for years without an issue and then after an update it no longer works.  And, yet they can't figure it out?  Either they need a new IT staff or they've intentionally abandoned Mac users because the simple fix is to undo the last two updates and then the problem would be resolved.  The fact that there's no communication from WGT whatsoever about the problem is so unprofessional.

  Given the news of parted way partnership with TopGolf, fundings is probably scarce ryt now. The people responsible for Mac development probably left hence Mac users are having trouble... very sad

  I finally got a response from WGT after 3 weeks. Here is what they said:
