  There has been another update but is did nothing to get MacOS users back on the game.

  WGT I am disappointed in your lack of answers or updates to us MacOS users. In the plast whenever something like this happened the problem was fixed in one or two days. What is the issue that you all have not come up with a fix for us MacOS users? Use MacOS users feel like we are on a deserted island with no hope of rescue. Would appreciate some word from WGT on this issue instead of automated messages that say nothing about a fix.

  WGT this is getting absurd. It has been it has been since the 6 or 7 March since I have been able to play the game. Here it is the 24th of March. Please let us know when we will be able to play golf again. A lot of guys are getting really frustrated, me included, at the lack of action by WGT to fix the problem. An update on your action to fix the problem that is keeping us Mac OS players off of the game. This has to be affecting how much money WGT is not getting from us due to our inability to play the game.

  I'm starting to think they're not even aware of how many people are affected by this issue. I've sent in a couple requests for help, and I just received a response to the first one I sent in a few weeks ago that said:

  "Thank you for the message. Please delete the WGT App from the Applications Folder on your Mac and then use the link here: https://m.wgt.com/install to download the Mac version of the game by selecting the Play on Mac button and not the App Store button. Once the DMG is downloaded, open it and then drag the WGT App to your Applications folder and then unmount the DMG. You would then launch the game from your Applications Folder."

  This solution is just directions on how to install the game, and it does nothing to fix everyone's issue. It's concerning that they're still at the stage where they think this is user error, and they haven't begun to fix the actual problem with the install, but maybe this is the start of them looking into it.

  If they get back to me with a real solution, I'll post it.

  I tried the install WGT sent to you.  It opens ...the screen comes up with WGT logo and a scrambled screen.  This is the same screen I had after the update a month ago that took MacOS users out of game.

  any update from WGT have you been able to resolve the issue?... I have played this game for years, but haven't played for about 4month.  Played 2 days a go no problem then it did an update and not nothing but a flashing screen and Wet in the background.   Reported it but nothing back.
