I have a Mac and since last update I cannot play

    The day before you did your last update I had no problems getting on the game and playing.

    The next day, after the last update, I cannot get on to play. 

    I am on a iMAC. I see there are many MAC users that are having the same trouble I am having. 

    It has been about a week since your last update and I still cannot play the game.

    I have removed the WGT App several to start over and still no luck. Also each time I delete the WGT App I do a deep clean of get all traces of the WGT App that I just deleted. I then restart my MAC, then I use the "Get The APP" to retrieve a new WGT App. After all of this I still cannot get access to play the game. I have done this same procedure for the last 4 days but with no luck at getting on.

    Are you guys at WGT trying to fix this issue?

    I've sent them multiple requests for an update on this issue, and there are already three threads here about this issue. I went and messaged them directly in the Discord group, and I was told I could play on Steam... smh. They either don't have any idea what's wrong or how to fix it, or they know how to fix it and just don't care enough to keep all of us having this problem updated.
    In other words, welcome to the club.

    WGT - an update on this issue would be appropriate. Just to let us know you are addressing the issue at least.

    I know what you mean, I have an iphone 5s operating on ios 12.5.2 that I use for free credits. I can't get it to work either.

    Since I asked for an update on the fix to allow MAC users back onto WGT golf, I have not been responded to by WGT. I have been responded by other players that are also MAC users that are having the same issue. 

    What is the problem with giving us an update on the fix? 

    In the past when I had this same problem, it was fixed within one or two days. I guess this may be a more serious issue. 

    The easy fix would be to undue the update that caused this issue. 

    Please give an update to this problem!!!

    I think it is time that the thousands of us (tens..hundreds or million) having the same problem should just quit WGT.  Maybe the crash of cash coming in will wake them up.  If everyone on the same day contacted WGT and told them we quit in 5 days of the message sent....no more cash coming in buying balls...passes...clubs....clothing....and etc.  The cash cow ends....if we can't play on macOS we will not play on iPhone ...IPads or MacBooks.

    They are obviously ignoring the posts regarding the issue.  There has been zero communication regarding the problem.   They could send out an email to our inbox like they do for their promotions.  IT doesn't want to admit they have no fix.  I have a suggestion. Reverse the update you did and the problem is resolved.  It was the update that caused the issue.

    I was on YouTube just a few minutes ago and a sponsored ad came up. The Ad was WGT claiming that the game was available to Microsoft PCs and MAC0s. Well I still cannot get on WGT with my MAC. Yes there was an update yesterday but it did not fix to allow MAC users  access to play the game again. Therefore WGT needs to double there effort to get us MAC users back on. 

    I just downloaded a new WTG App and when I try to get onto WGT to play the follodwing Error message is displayed: "ERROR: access to /Volumes/?WGT Launcher/ is forbidden; run patcher in administrator mode".

    I have no idea how to run patcher in administrator mode. I need help in this case.
