    YankeeJim:

I was just going by what you said about it being a gift card. There is no AMEX gift card option.

I think amex giftcard is treated just like a normal amex.

please email us and we will escalate the card to the CC person who will check on it.

please put CC issue in subject line.

Since Monday is a holiday you might get a delay. I see you have the starter balls in your bag. Do you need the credits for balls? Waiting that long would suck if you do so if you need a temporary fix I could gift you what you want and you gift them back when you get your credits.

     Hi Jim

I have had this issue before. and it has always come down to one of two things.

The first is the credit card needs to be registered to your zip code. to make online transaction. You can do this by calling the 1 800 number on the back of the card.

The second thing is recently WGT increased their service charge for handling credit card transaction. $25.00 used to cost me $25.50 it now costs me $26.00 So try increasing your a little

This sounds like the vendor charge, not WGT's.  I've never been charged for a CC transaction.

If it is the vendor's charge then you have a good find there, DN. Instead of buying $25 in credits, buy $24 to see if it works.
