Can't buy credits say's contact wgt

  I was trying to buy some credits today and it said contact wet for customer support???  please get back to me thanks.

  it is possible that your debit or credit card has been renew and you number on the back has changed. good luck

  no mate I'm using a american express gift card i got.. I have used them all the time and have never had problems until now and all i want to do is spend money and get credits.. hurry wgt hurry

  How are you trying to buy them with that card? I mean like what steps are you going through.

  WGT won't be getting back to you until Monday, probably.

    *Edit-I see what your problem is. WGT doesn't accept AMEX gift cards, just the actual credit card. You could go to one of the other gift card vendors, purchase their gift card with yours and then use that here.

  i am putting in the info like i always have by changing the payment to the new card and entering all the numbers. then when i go to buy the credits i put in the 4 number security code and push buy credits and it says contact wgt

  but i have bought credits using them since i have been on wgt for 2 years so why change it now?

  I was just going by what you said about it being a gift card. There is no AMEX gift card option.

  right but i have been able to put the info in as an american express credit card and it has worked so idk what happened. i can wait thanks for your help mate!
