TBE - with all due respect, programmers should thoroughly test their software before releasing it. But obviously some errors will slip through. Then, the rogue software should be regressed and fixed before allowing unsuspecting customers into it's pitfalls.
Try telling that to Bill Gates & Microsoft mate.
XP for example got released for sale circa 2001 & anyone still using XP still gets updates/patches to fix security holes etc.11 yrs later.
It's all fair and well that the updates are free but at the end of the day people still paid for something that wasn't 100%. Just for the record all MS OS's are the same in terms of that they are not completely finished and bug free. We still pay for something that isn't 100% but choose to tolerate it. How about we all stop using ms windows OS's till MS make it 100% lol.....
If folks don't want to risk encountering glitches or errors and other problems which might cause them having to email members@wgt.com in order to get it sorted out and their credits fixed out then they can choose not to play.
I've played in a ton of skins games and only encountered one stuffing which got sorted out, so for me it's an acceptable/tolerable level.
You know I ain't a brown noser....but I actually like the skins game therefore will take the chance which in my case has been a relatively obscure risk in getting humped.
There's got to be multiple 1000's of skins games for creds etc being played during a week. I think the number of complaints we see on here is relatively disproportionate to the accumulative number of skins games being played overall....so it's not at an intolerable level.
Hopefully WGT will be on top of the problem(s) sooner rather than later.
