    I don't think I have ever done this before.  On Congressional #1, I missed the fairway with my drive, ran through the green with my approach and chipped in from the rough for a birdie.  So - no fairway hit, no green in regulation, no putts for a birdie.  I decided to call it a no-no-no birdie... lol  C

    Be careful when you say no-no-no-no.  Jim Trott (from BBC sitcom The Vicar of Dibley for those who don't know who Jim Trott is) had a rather unfortunate stutter where he often would say no-no-no-no before starting a sentence.  It was very unfortunate in this instance, describing his appearance on the game show Deal or No Deal...
