    How do I play all the courses listed and be able to play all 18 holes at one time?

    Is there a fee to join?

    Equipment upgrade, is there a way to earn the points or do have to pay?

    Some of the courses are only open for ctth and blitz challenges.   You can get credits by depositing $$ and buying the items or by doing offers and videos.
