  Not had this problem before but have been trying to buy the level 81 G-20

  I am on level 85 but all I am getting is unable to lodge credits  contact WGT customer support.

   

  Have tried various amounts no joy.

   

  Funds in the account I use all the time,, 36 hours this has been happening.

  And the obvious question, have you contact WGT support? Could be a number of things, ie your credit has expired, and needs renewing.

  try either of these, explain your situation and help will be received, though may take a couple of days.

   customer support team

  Yeah thanks Kindle I got to the bottom of it.

   

  whilst making a lodgement Tuesday the teller noticed my card was damaged so ordered a new one.

  Forgot to tell me he peported it lost as I just found out a few minutes ago as I went in to them so cannot use it till new one arrives.
