    Im on day 10 waiting fo them to give me the 720 credits i lost on skins games when it booted me or another member of the group i was playing in. So don hold your breath. I did get a email that said they would look into it. yea right. Well I will not purchase another credit until i get my credits back and if enough of us do the same they may finally cave to pressure

    WELL, where's all the ones on the first page that huffed and puffed because someone complained????

    Here's one that doesn't seem to want to comment..

    (I think it's really sad that after all this time, people still automatically assume that they have been scammed, or 'ripped off', when something isn't working right.  MOST TIMES it's the fault of the one screaming that they have been taken advantage of... not all, mind you, but most.)

    WGT will definitely fix the problem if there is one. Just make sure you have done everything correctly. I would first make sure my credits were used. It will not be a difficult issue to fix. At least you do not have to go through UPS and pray that your neighbor is not breaking them in  in his back yard. lol. But seriously, WGT will definitely fix the problem, IF there is one.

    t may take a while but they will definitely fix the problem. I do know that if WGT is in the wrong, they will try and make up for it. Even when they are not wrong and the customer screws up, they still go out of their way to satisfy.

    you may think it is sad ,as do i but for very differant reasons 1) i have followed all the suggested trouble shooting fixes still the problem wont resolve.2)wgt have in the past been very quick to respond well 3-4 weeks .3 they have not even acknowledged the complaint.4)the same error has now occured 6 or 7 times.5)it is not the credits that is bugging me it is the fact that on the odd occasion when i have been able to play cabo i have enjoyed it and would like to be able to play what i am paying for.

    I to was ripped off 240 credits during a skins game because one of the players kept having to disconnect. I know its only $2.40 but it was a problem on there end and they should refund my credits.

    Its been 2 days and have had no response from them.

    Well it's not the $7, its the principle of the matter. So lets say they keep $7.00 from each of us, and how many of us is that, thousands, millions, how many. So at $7.00 a pop they get a big chunk of money but its only $7. But FYI they finally credited my account my 720 credits but how many people didnt complain and the kept the $7. So next time u loose your $7 well just let it go ok
