ripped off

    I just rented the taylor made tour burner irons for one day at 165 credits. When it came to equipping my bag with them there was nothing there please help

    Was the credit transaction fully completed?

    You might have to clear all your cache.

    Clear Caches... (both -- Search "Clear Cache" in the box if you don't know how)

    Log out and come back...

    Equip your bag...

    (I think it's really sad that after all this time, people still automatically assume that they have been scammed, or 'ripped off', when something isn't working right.  MOST TIMES it's the fault of the one screaming that they have been taken advantage of... not all, mind you, but most.)

    i had same problem with r9 irons set finally got them with 3 hrs left on them all this about emptying your caches and browser means nowt to me as im a basic pc user surely WGT can make it easier and no offer of a REFUND from them either i feel iv been conned out of my credits THANKS WGT NOT

    I understand your frustrations, but the last thing WGT is goin to try to do or seem like to do is rip you off...b/c you renting the clubs and getting the full time or partial time doesnt matter to them....b/c you still paid the credits to rent them. No reason for them to cut you short on purpose to get a customer irritated

    Kosie's right-whyever in the world would a fledging operaton like WGT endeavor to con their customers? Exercise a little patience and your problem will most definitely be resolved.

    Our collective reaction to snags these days is to think we've been scammed or ripped off or cheated.  The first reaction to a snag is to claim "Foul." Chill man, stuff happens and it will get fixed. It's a bummer when it doesn't happen on one's time schedule but it will happen-give it a chance. JMO- ranting on over-reacters.

    Uh uh. This was definitely a rip off. WGT pro-rated the $1.65 the guy paid for rentals, taking the remaining $1.37 so they could apply it to installing the last 3 pixels on hole 18 at St. Andrews so we could enjoy the course 6 seconds earlier than we otherwise would.

    JUST PAID MY CREDITS TO PLAY CABO FULL ROUND ,COULD NOT GET OF FIRST TEE 2200,29TH JULY KEPT GETTING BOOTED ERROR 3023,THIS IS THE THIRD TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED I HAVE PUT A LOT OF MONEY INTO THIS GAME PLEASE GIVE ME SOME ASSISTANCE
