    Hi ckiel,

We do not officially support the linux platform.  I'm not 100% sure, but I think I have heard of folks using it before.  Try it out and let us know. =)

Yes, WGT runs on Linux perfectly - me being an exemplary user. Also, IMHO Linux has at least few features which give it advantage over windows, such as no background antivirus software eating your cpu power, ability to zoom into the game screen using virtual desktop feature, etc.

Yep - I have 2 machines, one with a dual boot windows/ubuntu 9.10 config. Runs perfect in Firefox and Chrome.

I have been playing WGT for around a year on Kubuntu 10 and it has worked very well but in the last few days something has happened and I am getting alot of load timeouts and other problems. Often the golfer will freeze in mid swing and stay there for several minutes before hitting the ball.

that sounds like some kinda flash issue. try clearing the tmp files. Unfortunately I do not know linux well enough to support it. Sorry

I suspect it may be connectivity problems because it seems to have cleared up by itself.
