    It's quite obvious.

    The stick was leaning to the left (from tee box view) and made that side of the hole smaller.

    I think you need to practice on your aim some;)

    either that or remove the flag prior to hitting for par 3's, pitches, chips, flops etc. Even in real golf that happens. Bad thing is that it still costs a stroke and you have to place the ball on the edge of the cup according to USGA rules.
