  I have played numerous match play events in which I have lost to people who are shooting 10 shots below their average. It says the average 78 and then they go out and shoot -4 thru 5 holes on kiawah. How do i deal with cheaters like this. how do i report them. it has happened 4 or 5 times now and is very aggravating.

  Likely translation - "I have been forced to quit several matches after falling behind after the first few holes. This is very aggravating. How do I set up games only against players who I am assured of beating?"
