i made a double eagle on kia # 7 not sure if it counts though since i was playing the cad open . check my stats its there

Alas, that's the only kind of double eagle I have ever made either - two eagles in one round. That is a different thing. Two eagles do not make an albatross.

Sorry - a 2 on a par 4 is also an eagle. As is a hole-in-one on a par 3. To score a double eagle on a par 4 you would need to shoot an ace. Or, on a par 5, you need to shoot a 2.
