  First Double Eagle ever today for Zag!

  Been trying for over 5 years, so I must say it has been kind of an albatross around my neck.

  One lousy Experience Point for the Tin Double Eagle Award, and I must say the applause from the ghostly invisible crowd was a little restrained. Downright underwhelming. Expectin' more hootin' 'n' hollerin' and such.

  My first Albatross! , anytime i play hole #7 @ Whistler i remember the conversation that Icon & Kyrock75 had on Twitch to aim about 5-7 yards right of the pin and let the slope bring the ball in close 2 the cup, my approach was 223 in with a 13-15 mph left to right side wind , tough shot to gauge , i hit 95% full b/s 3 iron & dinged it, the ball landed further right then i liked but bite & took a 35 to 40 ft roll back down the slope right into the cup ;-0..  im a member of the Eagle Club Golf  Association C.C & now the Double Eagle Club..

  I now have in my bag of videos not 1, not 2 but 3 double eagles!!

  12 Nov 2014 RHallas made a double eagle on hole #13 on WGT BEST OF PAR 5 HOLES.

  7 Feb 2015 RHallas made a double eagle on hole #2 on WGT BEST OF PAR 5 HOLES.

  I only get honorable mention for this one. (Hope I got the link inserted correctly.  If not, you can bet it's on my list of favorites)

  This was bagged in a CC Tourney playing from the front tees.  But hey...I don't care!  I've attempted that same shot countless times starting from the Legend tees with a good tailwind.  It just so happens that I started from the red tees on this attempt.

  Shouldn't I get some consolation for playing it out of the rough?
