  Just missed my entrance to this club today, with a 2nd on Kiawah's #11 that bounced just before the green, hopped on and rolled just past the hole, stopping 1.1' from the cup for the easiest Eagle I have ever had.  If it had been 2" more left, it would have rolled in for a -3  2.

    my 2nd D.E was on the 16th of May,lucky i found the hole! lol

  I was just about to write a post about a sleeve of balls to the first Albatross on Congressional CC, and on Royal St. George.

  After consulting our Legal Department, the prize is awarded to JulioMoot of Australia, author of a splendid 3w from 241 yards on CCC#6,  because he posted one day earlier than our second Albatross on CCC, by MollyTheWitch from the U.K. (where else, with that nickname...?). Molly holed on the same #6 from 246yards and becomes therefore our Permanent Member n.64. Congratulations to both

  But since I believe Molly is the first lady to join our Club, she will also get a sleeve of balls from yours very truly.

  JulioMoot, in virtue of the second albatross in career, also becomes Vice President of the Club, and will soon receive his special Double Double Eagle award.

  At the same time,  BolloxinBruges is nominated Senior Vice President.

  Board updated and trophies on the way.

   

  And, honorable mentions will be posted shortly on the official board for those who have scored a D.E. but do not qualify as permanent members

  Hey boys and girls,

  I have made double eagle (albatros)today WHEEEEEEE!!!!!!,it happened on st.Andrews 5th hole ,second shot 182 yards rolled in the cup.

  When I hit that shot I really was'nt happy about it ,I hit too early ,but to my surprise it when in ,still dont believe it.

  I dont know how too post the shot here ,but I have saved the shot and its in my replays.

  So I guess I will be a member of the double eagle club now,well its a honour to be in such a club whith all those great players..

  I welcome three new Permanent Members, no. 65 YOTADOG from the USA, no.66 primoss and no. 67 McCone, both from the Nederlands. They holed their 2nd shot respectively on KW#11, SA#5 and KW#2. 

  primoss's replay isn't available, but since he is a TM and it's confirmed in the stats, we will take his word.

  For the stats lovers, estimating a total of about 900,000,000 holes played (100,000,000 rounds times 9) there is  1 chance in about 13 MILLION of scoring an albatross, 1 in about 20 MILLION on a par 5 and 1 in about 40 MILLION on a par 4.
