im writing this post as i bought the g20 irons and woods today..

i was getting fed up with all my meter speeds being different..

i have to say that im very impressed with the g20 clubs, as im a legend i didnt think these clubs would work for me..

well i was wrong i am really impressed with the back spin i get from the 9iron and the pw.

seems to me i get alot more spin than the r11s which i found weird probebly because im hitting the ding alot more.

i know the r11s will be the daddy of the clubs if u hit the ding every time which was about 75% for me and found my shots goin all over the place at times, the better players on here with the good eye will disagree with this post.

was wondering has anyone else done the switch or am i on my own on this 1 ...

I also bought and enjoy the g20s from time to time.  They do not stick long approaches even remotely close to r11s with tailwinds but hey, still fun clubs.

Im using them in  the suntan lotion tourney.  They are def easier to ding and great on the slower tourney greens from pro tees.

If playing from legend tees  or high winds  r11s would be my clubs of choice.

    yes i do agree runwme..

i have noticed the g20s do not like headwind, but im finding them really good to play with.

maybe i will go bk to the r11s bt i did find them hard to hit, they are gr8 clubs though.

how many times have i screamed sh!@ at the screen cuz ive lost a ball , i dont think ive got the eye for fast meters ;)

I have found also the the g20's do not perform as well as the R11's when you use topspin. I assume that although they both have high trajectory that the R11's are slightly higher, and maybe the 1/2 dot more spin helps the R11's perform better with topspin. As for the slower meter, I found that all too often I clicked way to early with the G20's. Now with ball with lower feel attributes they were ok but most balls with less feel also have lower attributes on distance and spin that the Callaways and Nikes so it is as trade off.

yess i do agree, i have also found myself hitting early at times, but alittle brain training i will be fine! like when i 1st bought the r11 driver from having the old r9 with the fast meter , i kept hitting early well early and was very frustrating.

reason ive changed, i was shooting in the kiawah open, iwas having the round of my life.

me as a player have never shot a 56 EVER but i was on it this time i was on it.

17th hole par 3 right just par this 1 al be kool.....

"sh!@" bang meter fart or brain fart bang in the water nooooooooooooooooo

i wasnt happy lol but .. i think i have to give in " i cant handle fast meters" simple as that :))
