gamefly free offer help

    I need some assistance with a free offer signup for gamefly.  I signed up a month ago.  The offer said within 60 minutes.  No credits, so I opened up a ticket through the offer status and got a reply, and after nothing for a week, I sent another message and got another reply asking for more time.  It's now been a month since then and I've yet to receive credits nor a reply from the credit people.  Can anyone help me, please?

    Hi adrock,

    Gambit was unable to confirm the offer completion and therefore unable to credit you.  Did you provide all of the information that they requested and send all necessary confirmation information?  They can only credit your account after the advertiser confirms that you completed the offer correctly.  If you believe that this is an error, please contact gambithelp@getgambit.com.
