When I select PLAY NOW, the new window pops up but never completes loading. Says it is transfering data from media5.wgt.com... - forever. It worked fine a few days ago. Windows Explorer 6.0029 still works. Can anyone help?

Usually when you have a loading issue like this is means that part of your cache (where game files are stored) has become corrupted. To fix this just read over and perform the steps to clear your Flash & Browser caches in this news article.
As a Firefox user you might also find it helpful to increase your cache size. You should have a look over that post as well. Instructions to increase cache size are near the bottom of the first post.
