Played for about 20 mins. I'm not interested in giving detailed information, just a "from the gut" reaction from a casual player. My suggestion is for more accuracy. It doesn't make sense when you aim your shot in the fairway 10 feet in front of a green elevation of +3 feet with a 5 mph headwind - and you overshoot the green. WTF? So this game would need to be more accurate before I would play it again. Like I said, just a gut reaction from someone that wandered in here for a few minutes. Take it or leave it. Thanks for your time.

Well, 3 hours after your post I ran across it so I suppose this will fall on deaf ears. What were you looking for when you casually wandered in for a few minutes?

    Oh, I see-well that's over on EA's site.

Is it realistic when you have 153 yd shot to a hole with with 18 tailwind and you hit an 8i 140 yds and that is what you get, 140yds. Glad I don't have a sailboat.

Buy some clubs, put in some practice, you'll get more accuracy. But golf isn't a game of perfection.

Apparently you were too flat in your downswing, causing you to hit the ball a bit fat....  little too much airtime which took the distance out of the flight.  lol

Happens all the time on a real golf course... of course, if you want target cartoon golf, where every ball lands right where you put the aimer, that's just down the road, too.  In all my years of playing (bad) golf, I have never seen a shot aimer/target with distance and elevation that I can move on the course.  Guess I'm playin the wrong courses.

    I'm just sayin'.....

LOL, Duff-he is. That's the way it happens. You hit the ball fat and get a beaver pelt and no yardage. Then the screaming starts..........

It seems Duffer has been on WGT for about 9 months and is a Master with Master clubs. Ya think this was the first fat shot he's hit in that time?

If you all would read correctly what I'm saying is this. The ball went the distance I hit it, the wind did not affect the distance. Case closed.
