  I've had the same problem. I contacted customer service and got a real live reply the next day. Your mileage may vary but complaining in the forums won't do you any good.

  When you say a real "live" reply what do you mean? Some one came to your house or called your phone? LOL

  Whats the forum for? Come on man dont rain on my parade. Imagine if we had to send emails instead of having a forum . WGT would never have time to work on their product then

  Oh and your wrong I did get help. I just havent pin pointed who actually helped me at WGT but as much as I complained I will be sure to do just as much praise. They actually do know what's going on with their products and most of the 411 they get is from their customers using their forums.

  If shoe were on the other foot you would not be saying that . Peace out.

  I love you man ! Thanks a bunch. I dont know why but I love those blueballs. They are very consistent to the clubs I use with them. Again a huge TY is in order.
