sounds like an emailed agreement from here on out would be it. gone are the days of gentlemenly wagers huh? reminds me of a time when i was at a private club and the "owner" stormed into the club house and handed the assistant pro 2 large and said something to the effect of "pay those........off". and he got in his car and promptly left!
Unfortunately, no. They may keep logs of it but there's no way for us to access a backlog.
