  Any ETA on when we'll start the singles matches?  Ready to get it in the books on ease into retirement from WGT, well probably semi retirement.  Trying to keep my game sharp but can't endure this meter very much longer without breaking some expensive equipment.

  The match between myself & Shaghar  vs  Nickolijj & Angeltotti is confirmed for tonight at around 9:00pm (EST).

  Sorry for the late notice but we only managed to arranged it a few hours ago ! See you all there at the big game !

  Result : Drawn match  

  was a great match , really great spirit in the game with alot of laughs some nice friendly Banter and something about one ball Jared and alot of " Blowing " but anyways what happens on the golf course stays on the golf course :)

  Little recap ,

  all birdie 10th halved hole 

  Vic nearly holes in one on the 11th but Jared squares the hole with a nice birdie putt from on the back fringe,

  Shags / Cool miss reasonable easy opportunities on 12 , USA birdie to go one up 

  13 plays very hard , tough wind tough pin halved in pars

  14 Shags puts his 2nd shot on for 2 and only eagle putt 45 foot away and leaves his putt dead smack in the middle cup but a touch short , Nicko misses his birdie and World square up the game

  15 Solid birdies from Nicko / Shags hole squared

  16 Solid birdies from Nicko / Cool Hole squared  

  17 Cool Angel Nicko all on the green on the Beast 17th road hole Shags puts his 2nd over the back in the fescue , has the chip and hits the pin but doesnt drop ARGGHH , hole halved in pars 

  18 Solid birds Hole halved match halved

  That's actually my fault Dan as I told Seveking I'd send him the list of players for Team World within 2-3 hours at that time but didn't managed to do it until early morning Euro time today !

  Here is gladstone vs me in an attempt to complete this 4some. kam/werksux coming up soon.

  here is our breakdown + scorecard

  15, pin=old, (glad from 140, I am from 153, fescue), me 48ft, glad, 45ft, = both par.
  
  16, pin=old, (glad from 117, i am from 130 sand), I laid up, glad to 21ft short, I hit 3rd to 4.4ft, = glad made birdie, i parred
  
  17, pin=old (glad 261 light rough, I am 242 fairway), glad laid up to 89, i am 21 short. glad hits 3rd to 6ft below, i hit 4ft left. = both make make par.
  
  18, pin=new glad hits to 92, i hit to 95, I hit 11ft by, glad hits 6ft short. I birdie! and gladstone matches.

  Are you joking,,,,,,,,,,, I here Werksux is going hunting on weekends and cannot play before 11:30 gmt weekdays, the only way i,ll get to play him is if he Gets gored by a freakin wild Pig & has to come home ..... :)..... i' ll do my best . ;)

  OK, since we had to split up  here were the possible outcomes.

  Internationals could win or push if Kam birdies 15, 17 & eagles 18 & I par 15, 16 & 17.  Not impossible odds.

  USA would win if I birdied 15, 16, or 17.

   

  Ended fast at 15 with Kam ending up long and left on approach.  Ended up w/ 19 footer for bird which he smartly played long knowing it was all or nothing.  He ran 6' past leaving me with an opportunity to drain my 6 footer to close out the match.  It fell & USA puts the match away 4 & 3.

  Thanks WGT for allowing Icon to finish the match.

  GG Icon, Kam & Gladstone.  Best of luck to everyone in the singles, except for Icon, he's a quitter.
