Does people 'disconnecting' and leaving effect my rating?

  If I'm playing a rated, 4-person game and the other three disconnect, does that mess up my rating?  

  I was playing with three other 'Masters', who, by the final hole only two remained, and both quit at the last hole.  

  Does that effect my rating?

  Does that effect, or prevent effecting, their rating?

  It DOES affect your experience though which is really annoying. Losing like a hundred points of XP every time some butthurt *** decides they don't wanna keep a bad round is lame, it's not YOUR fault they left(probably) -_-
