Fancy yourself as a bit of a footy/soccer expert???
Looking to run a wgt predictor league for the upcoming UEFA EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIPS with the view to awarding the winner a decent prize (depends on number of entrants) for their efforts.
Here's briefly how it will work:
You sign up here - I post the fixtures for a particular day's matches - you post your forecast - I'll post an ongoing league table showing how each entrant is doing.
Correct result = you predict the exact score ( 3-1, 1-3, 1-1 etc) = 5 pts
Correct match outcome = home win/away win/draw = 3 pts
Only people that sign into wgt on a daily basis should consider signing up as during the group stages there will be 2 matches every single day to predict on.
I'll post an updated version of this post nearer the time if enough bodies decide to participate.
At the moment just looking to see if there is enough interest - must warn you though you WILL NOT beat me LOL.
The competition kicks off on the 8th of June and culminates with the final on the 1st of July 2012.
